“Gavroche”

He’s been with us from day 2, climbed the ladder and we are delighted to have him in the role of Head Chef. Born in Middlesbrough, made in The Billings. Away!

“The Right Hand”

Organisation is her middle name, labelling is her game. Usually armed with a cleaning product and has never taken a break in her life. Has an affinity for crushed peas.
